The Ministry of Labour & Social Security (MLSS) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified communications bidders for the Provision of Consultancy Services – JCPD Communications Strategy (Re-Tender).

Scope includes but is not limited to:                         

The MLSS requires the services of a Firm to develop a communication strategy. The consultant will also be required to develop and implement a national campaign to ensure consistent and accurate information being disseminated on the Disabilities Act and the services of the Jamaica Council for Persons with Disabilities (JCPD).

Procurement Method:                       National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

Eligibility:                                               A valid Tax Compliance Letter.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Wednesday, December 14, 2022 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Bidders MUST be registered on the GOJEP system in order to access the bidding documents and participate in the tender.  Registration can be done by following instructions listed on the website at www.gojep.gov.jm.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid closing date.

Bid Submission and & Opening:

Bids must be submitted online via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Friday, January 06, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. or 10:00 hrs.  Online Bid Opening will take place on Friday, January 06, 2023 at 10:15 a.m. or 10:15 hrs.  An online Bid Opening Report will be sent to all bidders.  Late submissions will be rejected by the system automatically.
